Our Experience
Having been there, done it, made all the mistakes and learned from them, we decided that it was time to break out from 'corporate' life and focus on helping others wherever we can. Between us we have many hundreds of years of experience, across most functions of a business and in a wide variety of industries. If we don't have the skills in-house, we'll do our best to find them. If we really don't think we can help, we'll be completely honest with you, helping you find someone that can.
Our Approach
We operate a well worn process, to understand your requirement and then offer up a solution, or solutions. We follow these steps: Diagnose, Document, Play Back, Plan, Execute, Launch, Monitor. We're very happy to help with some or all of these areas, understanding that you may wish to perform some of these tasks yourself.
You'll find that we never judge, we investigate thoroughly before we draw any conclusions and we are meticulous about being 'easy to do business with'.
Why Us?
Because we're not like the others. We've all worked with consultants that ask to see your watch and then tell you what time it is, charging for the privilege - that's not us. We'll listen, ask questions, investigate, challenge, play back what we've heard and then propose a range of options and solutions. We're friendly, approachable and genuinely fascinated by the challenge or opportunity you are facing - we'll run alongside you, bringing our many years of skill and experience to the table. We don't dominate or patronise, we collaborate, support and help.
